SHIPPING & RETURNS
STANDARD SHIPPING: Please allow up to 48 hours for VBMTHELABEL to process your order. After your payment is cleared it will take 2-4 business days to receive your package, you will receive your tracking number on or before the 3rd business day.
PRE-ORDERS: Purchasing a pre-order means you are purchasing a made to order item that is currently undergoing production. Pre-ordered items will typically take 3-5 weeks to finish completion before being shipped out to the customer. If in any case a question or concern may arise on the status of your order, please feel free to contact our customer service email "email@example.com".

ONCE A PACKAGE IS TAKEN TO THE POST OFFICE IT IS NO LONGER IN OUR CONTROL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not cancel, or refund orders after an order is placed.
If a product arrives damaged or with defaults a replacement, store credit or an exchange may be issued. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If an item arrives damaged please return the product back to our shipping address with a tracking number to be inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, a replacement, store credit, or an exchange will automatically be applied. All claims need to be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once an order is placed you CANNOT change your address or your purchase.
